Thanks to Stewart Keighley for staging a fantastic Christmas Party Presentation Night !

Congratulations to all our ARR athletes that were presented with 2014 club awards - you have represented the club with distinction !

Also congratulations to our Lady and Man Dance Champions :

Sarah Ridehalgh The Dancing Queen, she dances as good as she runs ! (feel the beat from the tambourine)

David Mallaby The Dancing retired 'Bobby',  a worthy successor to Bruce Forsyth (Strictly Come Dancing)

If only you could all expend as much zest and energy on training nights as you did on the dancefloor !!

Just a reminder, we have reserved a number of tables from 11:30am at The Emporium, Clitheroe. Whether you have run or not, join us for lunch or just a drink everyone welcome.

Just a reminder – Wilsons Athletics Track is available to us every Thursday, 5:30pm to 6:30pm. We have a number of runners of all abilities currently using this facility for track sessions. Everyone is welcome! Speedwork doesn’t just make you run faster, it makes you more comfortable at all speeds, increases your fitness, improves the range of movement in your joints, and ultimately it will help you to run harder for longer. Remember to ‘sign in’ & pay £2 to Hyndburn Athletics in the office next to the changing rooms.
